Robert Khomari established his own real estate company, Triple555, LLC, in 2005. He spent six years leading the company in multi-family property acquisition and management. His work at Triple555 involved the management of acquired assets, including revitalizing and upgrading the properties. Although Robert Khomari was involved in both the acquisition and rehabilitation of properties, usually over the course of between five and 10 years, client and tenant needs remained his top priority. In 2011, Mr. Khomari expanded his professional activities by establishing a full-service property management team.

Mr. Khomari studied math and economics at Queens College and was a member of the college’s math team, as well as the ping-pong and hiking clubs. He continues to enjoy spending time outdoors and regularly cycles and plays tennis, and also contributes to local food banks and shelters. During his second year at Queens College, he started a sales internship in the fashion industry, which led to a career as a fashion sales rep.
